Khushil Nathoo took part in the Interprovincial Tennis Championships held in Kwekwe from 24 August to 1 September. He was representing the Bulawayo Province U18 age group. He won 4 matches and lost 2 and was awarded a silver medal. His team, Matabeleland, was also awarded the Dunlop Brooks trophy for the best played team all round.
